U.I.G., LLC has just arranged and closed a MAJOR land development transaction on Florida ’s west coast. The deal consisted of securing a strong JV partner to contribute $2.5M in cash equity and a $17M ”non-recourse” A+D loan for over 1800 acres of agriculturally zoned land in Manatee county.

The land was being bought “right” and with rezoning, the value will nearly triple!! This deal took 60 days to close and fund.
